Diane Gist is an entrepreneur, small business owner / principal of DBG & Associates, LLC, a consultancy firm with the vision and mission of building synergies between corporations, organizations, and individuals to accomplish and achieve professional, business, and personal goals and objectives. As a faculty member of the Joseph School of Business an international business school teaching entrepreneurship to individual entrepreneurs around the globe, Diane supports the institutional mission to eradicate poverty by equipping students with practical and biblical principles to transform their communities for the glory of God in the program’s Business Management course.
For more than thirty-five years, Diane worked at two Fortune 500 companies as a Human Resources and Labor Relations executive with United Airlines, Inc. and Epsilon, LLC. She possesses an extensive background in Organizational Design and Development acquired theoretically through her Masters of Arts Degree from DePaul University and experientially through United Airlines, Epsilon, and DBG & Associates. She has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting, Finance, and International Business. She holds certifications in Human Resources from the Society of Human Resource Management and Human Capital Strategist from the HR Certification Institute.
Presently, Diane uses her business and HR skills and competencies as a consultant to other businesses and corporations building stronger organizations, fostering compatibilities between individual gifts and talents, while simultaneously connecting human capital with organizational goals and strategies at DBG & Associates, LLC. founded in 2007.
Along with her knowledge of foundational organizational design and development tools, Diane’s gifts are matched with a strong desire to serve others for the purpose of creating and sustaining an effective presence in the domains of business strategies, team building, and leadership development.
